CAMP DESCRIPTIONS

Please access the correct weekly form for the week you will be requiring before and/or after care. Please make SURE that you’re choosing the correct week. It does matter week to week which form that you complete.

Week 1 - Crafting Paradise Camp
The options and ideas are endless for creativity camp. This is one of the most popular weeks that is jam packed with games, crafts, and creative snacks. IT WILL BE ALL NEW ACTIVITIES! A creative snack will be made and served each day. Please pack a lunch, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and your swimsuit every day! We plan to visit the pool, Jungle Junction, and the park throughout the week.

Week 2 - Games Galore Camp
Game shows, board games, games galore!! Spend the week learning and competing in just about every game you could imagine. Dress to get dirty while exploring and crafting. Snack will be provided. Please pack a lunch, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and your swimsuit every day! We plan to visit the pool, Jungle Junction, and the park throughout the week.

Week 3 - Curiosity Camp
Spend the week learning, discovering, and exploring your creative side! Dress to get dirty while doing crafts and playing games. This camp includes several STEM-themed activities. Dress to get dirty while exploring and crafting. Snack will be provided. Please pack a lunch, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and your swimsuit every day! We plan to visit the pool, Jungle Junction, and the park throughout the week.

Week 4 - Holiday Happenings Camp
This week will be jam packed with activities from just about every holiday! Campers will have the opportunity to celebrate Easter, Halloween, Christmas and Fourth of July all in one week!  Dress to get dirty while exploring and crafting. Snack will be provided. Please pack a lunch, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and your swimsuit every day! We plan to visit the pool, Jungle Junction, and the park throughout the week.

Week 5 - Flavor Findings Camp
Spend the week exploring, discovering, and creating tasty snacks and sweets! Dress to get dirty while exploring and crafting. Snack will be provided. Please pack a lunch, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, socks, and your swimsuit every day! We plan to visit the pool, Jungle Junction, and the park throughout the week.

Week 6 - Bellevue’s Best Camp
This week will be filled with leadership and community service activities. Campers will learn how great it feels to put a smile on the faces around them. Dress to get dirty while exploring and crafting. Snack will be provided. Please pack a lunch, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, and your swimsuit every day! We plan to visit the pool, Jungle Junction, and the park throughout the week.

Week 7 - Imagination Camp
The options and ideas are endless for imagination camp. This is one of the most popular weeks that is jam packed with games, crafts, and creative snacks. Please pack a lunch, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, socks, and your swimsuit every day! We plan to visit the pool, Jungle Junction, and the park throughout the week. Week 8 - Nature Camp
Spend the week learning, discovering, and exploring nature! Each day will cover a different habitat which includes woods, creeks, and ponds. Dress to get dirty while doing crafts and playing games. Snack will be provided. Please pack a lunch, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, socks, and your swimsuit every day! We plan to visit the pool, Jungle Junction, and the park throughout the week.

Week 9 - Active Adventures Camp
Spend the week learning, discovering, and exploring all aspects of sports and physical fitness! Dress to get dirty while doing crafts and playing games. Snack will be provided. Please pack a lunch, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, socks, and your swimsuit every day! We plan to visit the pool, Jungle Junction, and the park throughout the week.

Week 10 - Recess Camp
Back to School while still having fun! We will spend the week focusing on recreational activities as well as working on back-to-school projects! Dress to get dirty while doing crafts and playing games. Snack will be provided. Please pack a lunch, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, socks, and your swimsuit every day! We plan to visit the pool, Jungle Junction, and the park throughout the week.

Junior Camp Counselor Opportunity

This program is new to the Bellevue Recreation Department. This is a great opportunity to prepare 13-year old’s for a future job. Students will be asked to participate in an interview with the Camp Director and the Junior Camp Counselor Advisor. The Advisor will work with those that are selected to create a schedule that works for everyone.
