Youth Program Assistance
ASSISTANCE GUIDELINES
Assistance is only available for families living within the city of Bellevue or students attending Bellevue City Schools.
Assistance is available for families/individuals who receive public assistance in the following forms: SNAP/WIC (EBT Card) or Medicaid (Insurance Card). You will need to show proof of one of these types of benefits by emailing us a picture of your card to bellevue.rec@cityofbellevue.com.
Requests must be submitted at minimum two weeks prior to the program registration deadline.
We are able to provide assistance for non-recurring programs. Recurring programs or memberships are not available for assistance.
Assistance is provided on a family basis, not on an individual student basis, as funds are available.
Program assistance limits are as follows: $150 per individual and/or a maximum of $300 per family per calendar year.
If your family receives program assistance and a participant does not complete their program, we will be unable to assist the remainder of the year.
