Refund & Credit Policy

A refund request must be made in person and are fund/credit request form completed signed. The Bellevue Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel, postpone or combine programs or change instructors as needed to provide a quality program or rental experience. Rental Agreement

A rental agreement must be completed and returned to the recreation center either in person or via email (bellevue.rec@cityofbellevue.com) within 48 hours of paying for your rental. Click below to review and/or print the policy.
